Frustrating

Recently the app has refused to work. It will show nearby stops and favourites but, more often than not, it will not connect to real time updates. Very frustrating. I use the PTV app or Google Maps instead most of the time.

App Loading Time Regression

Used to start pretty quickly but now it just hangs forever on green splash screen when opening

Phantom trams

Mostly good. Issue is with phantom (tracked) trams that never turn up and those that appear without being in the app. Interface and features are stuck in the 90’s.

I love the new widget update and I can see this feature being improved over the coming updates.
Overall it’s a great app which I use daily and it’s reliable.

This app always says the wrong times, don’t trust it. This app told me the tram was 2 minutes away so I sprinted for my life, being unable to breathe the tram arrived 6 minutes later, I was about to pass out after running that fast, good with all the stops but horrible work with the timings, very dissatisfied
