Tranquil+ Tracker

Tranquil+ Tracker is developed to track the support requests from clients. It allows the clients to generate the support tickets. After ticket generation support team can review the tickets and can accept and resolve the tickets. At each stage of the tickets tracking process notifications will be sent to the related users.
