The worst app ever
I can’t even begin to describe how annoying ridiculous this app is. If I could give it 0
Stars I would. It doesn’t work. I am trying to complete a form for a client, and it isn’t responding to anything I click. It continues to glitch. I was better off using my laptop, oh but wait.. I’m not near it ! So the inconvenience this app is causing is making it worse. They need to fix this asap.

Awful
Skip this app and go back to your desktop. Not ready for prime time on ANY Apple device. Clunky, slow to load, shuts down in the middle of trying to put a signing together- all this on WiFi too! And I’m a techie guy, so this is REALLY disappointing. I’m in Florida, so I’ll check out Form Simplicity’s product with Sabal Sign.

Frustrated
Super buggy. It crashes and auto shutsdown without saving forms. Just wasted 30 minutes trying to get a 1 page document out for signature. 🤬
Please fix this app!
This app keeps getting worse and worse. It never was great but at least I used to be able to accomplish what I needed to, sometimes. Now it’s absolute garbage. Please have this app fixed. If it worked right it would be so helpful, convenient, and could save us a lot of time.
Unbelievably AWFUL
I am sooo shocked to see so many other dissatisfied user reviews. I thought I was alone!
I transitioned over to Transaction Desk from DotLoop because the integrated forms I used were removed and their monthly rate increased! This has been THE MOST frustrating battle for an agent who does 99.99% of work on the go! Terribly slow process, too many unnecessary steps, boxes and links all over the place! The mobile app DOES NOT WORK. If there is any expense worth writing off, it’s definitely DotLoop or any other proficient software, but it is NOT transaction desk!

Why does this app even exist
Truly, why not just scratch the app at this point. It just doesn’t work. Glitch after glitch. You cannot upload documents, add signature points, or do anything of any use at all. Developers, do better!!!!!
Might be the worst app in the App Store
Takes at least 10 times longer to do something on the app than a computer and that is off you can even do it. Literally not one aspect of creating or modifying a signing works correctly.
Can you please fix this?!
I’ve been using this for years and isn’t necessity for our business but honestly, this software hasn’t been touched forever and is now so old does not work on updated iPhones or iPads. This is a necessity and we pay our dues to have working apps this needs to be fixed. Big hindrance on our business!!!! Be better lone wolf!!!

Won’t open
I’ve had this app for a few years… and although it was extremely difficult to use as an application (not user friendly at all), now it just won’t even load past the startup screen that shows just the logo. SR MLS really needs to make it easier for agents to access our tools from our devices on the go. Idk why everyone is so stuck on really outdated sites, systems, and apps. It’s 2025. We’re paying dues… and there are ways to update everything while remaining frugal. Please fix our systems.

Signing issues
This app is brutal it doesn’t allow you to add signing boxes on multiple page documents. In this day and age this shouldn’t be a problem.

Having owned every iPhone since it was released, just want to let the developers know this is the worst app ever made. I’m not sure anyone, even if they were trying, could make something this horrendous. You’ve created an app that makes
the user interface for that “how to take care of your sick houseplant” app feel like instagram. I’d rather go snorkeling in a shallow puddle of bleach or chew on vinyl flooring made with asbestos then try and send a single signature addendum out with this nonsense. We are all permanently dumber because you tricked us into downloading it. I hope you trip over a labradoodle but on someones ring camera it looks like you kicked it and the clip goes viral for an anti-labradoodle violence reel. You deserve a very bad speeding ticket and your car getting hit by a shopping cart in the same day.

Unacceptable- Not worth opening
Total waste. Does not work on mobile devices. Can’t see anything.
Awful
After numerous calls to customer service the app still doesn’t work correctly. I can not get my files to upload to the app on any of my mobile devices. So useless when I’m on the go and away from my main computer.
Could be Great but Maddeningly Flawed
It could be an incredibly powerful tool but the app is so glitchy and flawed it creates more work by attempting to use it. I spent 30 minutes trying to use the signing feature while in a place without computer access, and would have been better off to wait and send later.

Not good for iPhone
TD doesn't load correctly on the iPhone. If I don't have my laptop then I cannot edit a transaction. Not good for business...
Not Terrible but could definitely benefit from an upgrade
App is okay for what I’ve been using it so far. I just use it to see what my clients have added to a document I shared with them. It has all my transactions in one place and it’s pretty easy to use. It can definitely benefit from an app upgrade. It’s been years since the last one
Worst app ever
I spend an hour trying to route one document and it’s the biggest pain. Not user friendly, never works properly, and is impossible to use!!
