Always a technical issue and needing to call support desk. Or whenever you’re able to proceed it’s an endless loop of allowing website to share info about you and continuing to log in.
This new app addition is absolutely awful !
Why was this app changed. I can’t get the new version to load onto my iPad. This is so frustrating. This should not be happening and makes me question why I keep my retirement savings here.
Login Loop
Can’t login, stuck in continuous loop prompting to login on browser and never get in. This is just the cherry on top of the worst experience I’ve ever had with a financial institution.

I’m stuck logging in over and over again.

Stuck in a loop trying to login. My login credentials are accurate, but when I put them in, it takes me back into the app and then the app takes me back to the temporary browser to login and it’s stuck in a loop.
Unable to log in
I get stuck in a continuous loop to open a webpage to log in, back to the app, the back to the web page partially loading and back to the app.
Not sure why Transamerica can’t combine their TRS retirement portal into one mobile app and always switch HSA providers and apps.
