Sometimes you have to do assignments twice for it to take…. If you only scan into the room once , your assignment will still be there, as though you did not

Worst cmms
I have used many different cmms in my career, but this is the worst. If your business is thinking of using, AVOID. App doesn’t sync properly and is buggy. Many of the “features” involve tedious data entry on user end to even approach functionality.
Marriott Facilities service
That indicator icon appears when device switch between Wi-fi and cellular that blocking the Start work and finish work button! I don't think that would improves any thing on our work performance otherwise, slow down works process
Such a bug fest app
As a hotel engineer who spent months setting this system up for my hotel and only used this app for a week I must say this app is absolutely garbage it freezes constantly where I have to restart the app and phone sometimes and constantly loose data for calls such as time work and info. I’m pretty good at technology but most of my coworkers are much older and barely know how to text. On top of that all work assignments and unassigned work orders don’t notify the phone making me constantly check the phone making me look like a slack off in front of guests and coworkers.

Notification are needed
I wish when either unassigned work and also assigned work is made the phone would notify me and my team

I can’t select or cancel work orders that are expired and I can’t delete documents that are not relevant or a mistake

This app freezes has to be shut down and restarted. It needs to be fixed.

When it works is great
It crashes all the time and sometimes you need to delete the app in order to have it working again
Question scrolling
The question scrolling jumps all aroun and makes it very difficult to answer questions. It takes three times as long to complete a PM.

In the beginning, it was twitchy, but it’s all good now. Love the way you can complete all questions in a touch of one button

Glitchy
It’s a great concept but still so glitchy. Have to close out the app quite a bit in order to get the screen aligned properly. Cuts off my save button at the top.
