.md files direct to a specific export folder. using whisper ai as a bonus. I was happy to sign up for the free trial. However, under the impression that I was signing up for a 3 day free trial to test the product, I was instantly charged $21.98. This was not aligned with what was advertised, as I had clearly signed up for a free trial, but I let it go as it was within the trial period and I was willing to commit to an annual subscription. From today I was charged $49.90 - this is clearly well out of what was marketed, even considering any exchange rated from Aud to usd, as well as considering the advertised ‘free trial’ which was advertised, which I unknowingly had to pay $21.98 for?
In terms of functionality - the core idea of the app is strong, but it falls short in testing.
There are a few things which I would love to see fixed, which would address some minor painful issues with the app-
1. I can not trust this app to record
I have tested both the home widget and app itself many times to record stream of thought audio - I am not confident in the app to be recording. Sometimes it records, sometimes when I lock my phone or when it sleeps, the recording stops. This is not acceptable for a paid app where deep
30+ minute conversations and transcriptions are relied upon for critical contex within a vault
This is something I have flagged with my AI a number of times candidly through transcriptions
- conclusion is it needs to be resolved on the software end. I really want to trust this app to be recording and transcribing, but after the first week of heavy testing and use - I feel like I can. Not be so sure of this app, which is a shame.
I would like to be refunded the $21.98 I unwillingly ’paid’ as a ‘free trial’ - as I have also been charged a full amount for an annual subscription. At present this app does not warrant payment of any subscription until these errors are fixed. The app has a lot of use and potential, but I can’t support it until it can sort these basics out

您好，v2md支持输出标点符号的。目前最新的版本2.2.3，可以尝试在【设置】 - 【转录设置】 - 【智能转录设置】 - 【转录提示】里尝试要求AI提供中文全角标点符号。一般来说AI会按照要求输出的。如果还遇到问题的话，麻烦给我发个邮件：support@v2md.app，并附上截图，我可以排查一下。谢谢🙏
