Gone blank…

Not sure what happened. Went to use it this morning, and the user interface was severely impaired. I can’t record anymore. Pretty disappointing since this was a solid app before. Did an update mess something up?

No transcribe nada parecido al audio

Esto para inglés ni para español. Gasté $10 para la transcripción de una entrevista de 1 hora y todo fue una pérdida de dinero y tiempo. Esta app no funciona ni con el audio que viene de ejemplo de 15 segundos, que puede uno esperar!? Terrible.

I am trying to get to support and it tells me that an email address has to be set up and doesn’t give me a place to set up anything. I was really excited to use this app and found that it did not transcribe all of the audio in my file. I need to find out what I am doing wrong.
