I thought it was a bit more advanced, especially for the money, I tried another app that formatted and everything according to my specifications, this is very basic. Thanks anyway, I have to find one that better suits my needs.

Doesn't run on my 10.15 OS computer
Although it says it will run on a Mac running 10.15 it does not load so have no way to evaluate it. Have one Mac still using this OS because need it to run older software.
Really usefull App, small room for improvement
I like that I could sample a 15m conversion to check accuracy.
I think the interface is very clean, and simple to use.
I would like to see a distinction between "Speakers" in the text output rather than one long set of text with no break points.

Transcription
I transcribed a three-hour recording and was very impressed with how accurate the transcription was. I also like how it puts punctuation at the end of every sentence.
can't get rid of it
This app never stops. Even when I tried to delete it, the app continues to interfere on all my videos. Good luck!
Terrible quality
I purchased 1 hour and tried a 15 min transcription. The results are so bad that I do not even recognise the text.
Very frustrated and dissapointed
I've been using this for my PhD work for months and it's worked well. However, it suddenly has stopped working and nothing I do seems to help. I've deleted and reloaded the file to transcribe, tried other files, and even deleted and reloaded the app- to no avail. It's stuck in the "about to start" mode and I have 18 hours worth of time to use and am feeling very upset that it's no longer working. I also can't seem to get any help with this, the app support link doesn't work! Anyone else have this issue??

Nice job, but pricey
This program does an adequate job of transcribing. If there was a pay-one-price version, I would give this 4 stars - Maybe 5 stars if the app cost under $5. However, the in-app price per minute is a bit pricey for the average person. If I didn't need the transcription done quickly, I would probably have passed.

Lifesaver - Awesome Customer Service
I have a heady project of transcribing archiving audio/video session of a spirtual teacher. The speaker is also a native of Holland so the English language sentence structure is a bugger to untwist. Having a time stamp to export the text for editing has saved me in this tedious transcription job (most of which is also my doing as I'm also capturing the nuances of audience reactions and long pauses). Finding my way, in the 2 hour! sessions,has become so much easier with Transcribe.ai. Also, the Developer, Alla Platanenko, has communicated with me in making tweeks––allowing the font size to be adjusted, within a month! Also Alla has worked to facilitate me and this specific project in a kind and helpful way. Above the standard of care! Thank you so much Alla! While the app has some issues, as any developing app will have, I still give it 5 stars because of the customer service.

Great Transcriptions BUT
This product works great. Transcribes very close to perfect. HOWEVER, once it is on your computer EVERY video you go to download from zoom or anywhere AUTOMATICALLY goes to get transcribed! Meaning you can't watch them. Needs some communication improvement.
