Only Exports to Plain Text
To my disapointment after paying for 5 hours I learned there is no way to export transcript in other format then plain text. Big disapointment and useless

Didn’t get the minutes I paid for
I bought 30 minutes of transcription and verified with apple that the purchase went through, but when I tried to transcribe a 5 minute audio it said I didn’t have enough minutes and needed to purchase more. I’ve contacted the app support but have gotten no reply.
