transcription not working

I recently purchased a one-year subscription to your AI Transcribe app because it was able to transcribe Amharic sermons accurately.
However, the app is no longer transcribing Amharic correctly. The same type of Amharic audio that worked previously is now either not transcribed properly or is not recognized as Amharic.

No log in button

It works really however, when trying to sign into other devices, I can’t seem to share the app which really sucks. There is no login in option so I can log in through different apps

Hello. Thank you for your feedback and for using our app. Although we don't have a login option, you can use the Pro version of the app on other devices that have the same Apple ID. We don't have a login option that allows synching of the transcripts and audio recordings but we will forward your suggestion to the development team so it can be added in future versions of the app. Thank you.
