Volume of the recorded session is too low

I tried listening to the recorded voice and found out that the volume is extremely low. Please fix it. With Kind Regards ~

Disappointing

I tried this twice with two audio recordings and neither transcribed even after leaving app open for hours to transcribe. I thought by doing that it would finally work but it never did. Now it just says failed to process. If you need reliability this is not it. I even sent a message asking for support and never got a response. Use at your own discretion.
