Subject: Urgent Refund Request – App No Longer Works After Subscription Renewal
Dear Support Team,
Since my last subscription renewal, your app has completely stopped working on my iPhone. I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the app, restarted my device, and tried everything I could, but the app still does not appear in my list of applications.
I have just renewed my subscription for the second time, and I believe my money has been wasted because I cannot use the service I paid for.
I am requesting an immediate explanation, a prompt resolution to this issue, or a full refund of my subscription. My email address and Apple subscription details are already associated with my account, so you have all the necessary information to identify my purchase.
If I do not receive a prompt response and a satisfactory resolution, I will consider taking the appropriate legal measures available in my country to protect my consumer rights.

Hi! It looks like the app may have been hidden from your app menu. Could you please search for Transcriber using your device’s search bar? The app is working normally now.
