Doesn’t work

I’ve tried restarting my phone and updating it, as well as closing and reopening the app, but nothing works. When I try to share or forward using Textr, it processes for about 20 seconds, briefly shows a couple of sentences, then disappears. I’ve tried it at least 10 times with no success. Also, if I try to transcribe voice to text within the app by uploading a file, it just keeps processing endlessly until the phone dies. Is it a glitch?
