Essential Tool for Students!
This app converts my lectures to text flawlessly; capturing even the details in my professor's fast speech. The interface is user-friendly, and I can easily edit the transcriptions. It saves me so much time studying! The only downside is a few hiccups with accents, but overall, it works great. Highly recọmmend for anyone who attends lectures or meetings regularly!

Technical support unavailable
Tried contacting technical support but you need to download a second app and enter more info through that. Only received server error messages while importing files.
Does not transcribe entire recording
In spite of having the premium version, the entire recording is not transcribed into text. Difficult to say precisely how long but I would estimate at the first 10 minutes is transcribed. The rest is not.
Paid money for poor service
Paid money for the app and it hasn’t even transcribed a quarter of the file with no way of knowing how to trouble shoot it. Really disappointed and would like a refund as there is nowhere that says it can only transcribe X amount of time. Huge waste of my time and money

Great app BUT lacks many necessary features! 1-Offline feature. As I am almost deaf I am not always near a wifi network. 2-my eye site is poor and need to enlarge text. 3-needs a quick delete button because page fills up quickly during a medium conversation. 4-needs bluetooth and external mic feature. 5-an easy setup feature would be healpful. Great app BUT

1- Offline feature. As I am almost deaf I am not always near a wifi network.
2- my eye site is poor and need to enlarge text.
3- needs a quick delete button because page fills up quickly during a medium conversation.

Unusable
The transcriber made numerous mistakes during a simple transcription and it’s text editor with the script post recording, is unusable. The cursor jumps around the screen and typed text constantly changes sequence. It’s like trying to type with a keyboard where all the letters have been swapped around and with a cursor that follows no logical sense. Awful

Its one feature is good…
I’m looking for a new transcription app because the one I use took away featured and raised the prices. This one is GREAT in terms of understanding and transcribing, but that’s all it does. All the other apps have more features. This one you can’t upload audio to it, there’s no keywords, summaries, nothing. I wish they’d add more, but if not, $134.00 per year is insane!
