Please don’t change app
This app is so helpful I can tell when bus is due and where it is in on the street.. the change online has made it so confusing I had to download app today and it was the old version so please don’t change it please
Great app, some problems
I’m 13 years old and take a public bus to school, this has been extremely helpful for when im setting off for school, or even just going to town, I have a couple of issues with the app though. For starters, whenever I have data and have bought a ticket, it won’t let me activate it when I’m outside, I think that even without data/wifi you should be able to activate a ticket and see the map. Linking to that, here’s my second problem. I have struggled multiple times with the bus disappearing before I set off, which has made me late to school a bunch of times.

Transdev go app
Very good app I must say it’s easy that I know what buses are due it’s really handy and don’t forget cowling Galla is at the end of July give some updates at the beginning of July as well I hope enjoy your summer holidays this year
The best bus app
The Transdev Go app is, in my opinion, easier to use than other bus operators apps. You can track your bus, see the capacity and colour of your bus, buy mobile tickets to speed up boarding or if you’re nervous about asking the driver for a ticket, and plan journeys or view timetables!
Great for the most part
This app is awesome for the most part and I love the idea of it, but when tracking buses for example the 464 sometimes the buses disappear, and some don’t show up at all. It becomes very frustrating when ur trying to find out where the bus is or plan ur time. I thought maybe it’s a glitch so swipe it away then re open it but still the same. Happens a lot more than it should.

By far the best bus app I’ve used
This is by far the best bus app I have ever used, it’s excellent! Having spent many years using both First’s, Diamond’s and Stagecoach’s bus apps, I wasn’t keen on adding another.
Firstly, it works. Buying and using tickets, finding the next bus, tracking it. Brilliant.
Secondly, it has lots of features that could be useful like notifications as you approach your destination, which was really helpful when I first started using this service because I wasn’t familiar with the area.
Finally, Transdev that operates the service are doing a brilliant job as far as I can tell. Buses are on time, they’re clean, drivers are always friendly, and to top it off there’s at seat charging for wired and wireless. Love it - how I think we should all expect our buses to operate.

Good but new update is terrible
Hi,
This app is/was great for tracking my local bus in the Huddersfield area. Easy to navigate and easy to plan journeys, but since the new update, the map is so sensitive, always says I’m in London at first, even with location services on, and also crashes randomly.
Please take it back to the old version. It was so much better. We don’t need it modernising further. That’s the problem with apps nowadays.

Ok so tried to plan a trip on the Sunday travelling on the Monday morning.. changed all the details date, time, also on and all it gives it if I’m going to travel now.. complete waste of time..
So I tried to find the bus time table for my route and it’s impossible to navigate this app clearly developed by some person who understands app and not thought at all about will someone with marginal experience be able to get to the information they need with ease

Permanent lockdown for Nidderdale.
The services are ever decreasing. Apparently due to covid.
However that’s not entirely true.
The cuts have been introduced the past 5 years. The company’s excuse is that there are not enough people using the No: 24 service to pateley bridge. But that’s irrelevant servicing more than 8 villages in nidderdale it’s wether the rural population have access to transport or not. So even if lockdown is lifted after covid infections improve the social lockdown is a fact as the services are sparse. Time to provide a real bus service subsidised or not. The nidderdale population have the right to have access to local transport as they have the right to health and education. The bus company should be talking to local council to find a solution!

Poor graphics
I’ve been using this app for a couple of years now and have found it invaluable for seeing which service along the many different local bus routes will arrive first. It was also great for tracking the bus along its route.
Unfortunately the latest update has changed the bus icon from a circle with a clear directional arrow to clearly indicate direction of travel to little green rectangles travelling along a green road. That makes them extremely difficult to see and almost impossible to see on an overview map if you’re trying to look at different bus routes at once. The clear indication of direction of travel has disappeared completely. If you zoom in to absolute maximum you may just make out wing mirrors on the side of the rectangle but this is useless without zooming in. The text on the bus labels are also very difficult to read. It’d be easier if the text were in bold. Overall, it’s Impossible for people with sight problems or partially sighted to use now. The previous version was much better. Wish I could change back to that!

Great app but confusing prices for tickets
Fantastic app with the maps to help you choose the right tickets for where you need to get to, never had any problems so far with the app! I get a reminder to buy my ticket when my previous ticket is due to expire so I’m not constantly having to check! The Live Times are great too as I can see if bus is going to be late or not

Average, needs fixing
It seems to work some of the time, but it has now been over 5 times that the live bus feature has not worked. I use the bus to get to school every day, and as I’m in year 11, it’s pretty vital I get there in time; however, due to this feature malfunctioning so often, I am not. It will say that the bus is coming in 5 minutes, and then 2 minutes and stay like that for 20 mins and more, giving the appearance that the bus is coming when it is not or may have already gone past.

Best bus app
This app, in my opinion, I amazing. You can track your bus, it tells you the information on them for example, if it’s cancelled or delayed. You can buy bus tickets and loads more! It helps me get to where I need to be and it’s easy to find out where the next bus i.
A fantastic app
Faultless, and it just keeps getting better. One suggestion to make it even better: make it easier to connect the bus number on the live tracking to an actual scheduled bus. When there’s several in the area it’s hard to tell which bus is actually mine. Otherwise, beautiful; keep it up!
Update Made Things Worse
My Go App has just updated on my iPhone 6.
The App no longer knows where I am and so makes the App much harder to use. There is a persistent message asking to allow to share location in settings but with no indication of how to do it.

Just not working
I got a Keighley bus often enough to make this app worth downloading last year, but I’ve not used it for months. In the last 24 hours I have twice tried to check a fare. Once sober, once less so. All I get is a map and a demand I allow access to my location. I have had timetables offered, but buying an actual ticket, inorder to find a kday fare, is impossible. There’s nothing on-line about any issues, so I’m here to give 1 star to see if Transdev, or anybody else, can suggest why this app is not working.

Great
Good service. always friendly drivers who are happy to help with prices and routes of where to get off if your not sure. Sometimes delayed buses which I know can not be helped due to traffic and roadworks. But overall it’s good.
Was fab until....
I’ve had a few issues with the keighley branch of Transdev, buses not turning up, having to pay for taxis, extra childcare etc, transdev have always said they’d cover the costs, surprise surprise, they never have! this app was the best thing about the company, until I came to use it today. The app said I haven’t opened it for 3 days, and I needed to refresh it. Pressed it, closed and re - opened the app, nothing, all whilst trying to juggle a 2 year old and bags. Ended up paying £2.70 for about 5 stops. Day light robbery!! Hoping it doesn’t happen next time!

Leaves all others in its dust
This app is perfect. Easy to use timetables, mobile tickets that actually work, simple rebuy, and the ability to prebuy tickets for the future that don't suddenly disappear(believe me this is unusual!)! This app has never failed me and is a great credit to a bus company that is already leaps and bounds ahead of any other I've had to use!
The two other bus companies I have to use in the Preston area should get this developer to reconstruct their apps for them.

Not too happy
Whenever you try to purchase a ticket through the journey planner option it takes you back to the starting screen so you’re unable to purchase tickets this way. Also there’s no option to purchase tickets for services such a the X41 (between Blackburn and Manchester) and X43 (between Burnley and Manchester) etc. As the X41 is the service I use mostly this is a big issue for me. Apart from that everything seems to work fine.
