Sec 80 is repeated and there is no sec 81. Kindly correct the error….
Why are Sections not mentioned in the Index
An essential element of any Bare Act, Commentary or Text book is that it mentions the section number in the Index for the sake of convenience. It is completely a waste of time and energy if I would have to go in each chapter and spend another 30-40 secs in searching for the required section.
The purpose or the Motive is defeated.
