Glitch issues

I have to uninstall and reinstall the app every other day because every time I open the app it always states that my info is wrong and it always happens when I close the app and open

Updates force a reload

Each update that transflo does I have to delete and reinstall to get it to work. And each update works worst than the one before. Now it will not even send the trip info.
