The app sucks and never works
Fix the constant login issues and the face recognition and everything else. I’m tired of resetting my password every time I go to use it. it’s probably the worst app. I’ve ever used and the only app I’ve ever used that gives me constant issues it’s absolute junk
There isn’t any help for website problems.
This website is horrible. It rarely works properly and you can’t get any assistance at anytime.

Seriously, updates about every other day or so do you really need that many?

Can’t get a hold of anybody, if you do, you’re hung up on or transferred to departments that are not involved in your query. The app doesn’t work on the webpage never works.
