They will waste hours of your time on the phone and supervisors won’t help with anything, the app login has major issues and also the transfers sometimes don’t work and ask too many question and error codes and major issues every time you want to make a transfer to your bank

This is no information on where you purchased the fuel what the price of the was how many gallons you purchased what the discount was. It’s pretty damn worthless
2 Issues
1) There should be the ability to input a route, and search for fuel stops specifically on that route.
2) When using a table, iPad to be specific, the screen doesn’t rotate to a wide screen.

Getting better
It’s definitely getting better over the years I am using it. Like seriously better. But on the other side still so many glitches that hasn’t been resolved over 2-3 years.

It’s getting better
Seems like you’ve fixed a lot of issues who knows to you biometric over one cropped up again the second card giving it a nickname I gave my primary card to why do I have to get my second one I know it’s there.

This app isn’t bad accept the fact it seems like you have to change your password every month. The way you can tell you have to change your password is when you go to log in it tells you to input your password manually; then when you put your password it it says that it’s incorrect so then you much hit forget password and go through that process. It’s complete BS is what it is!!!

Terrible experience, lack of admin access and inefficient support.
The application is extremely limited for administrators. I have not been able to access the fleet option to view transactions in real time or in any other way; the platform only allows me to log in as a driver to see fuel prices. Customer service is poor: the phone system is confusing and unclear, and after trying to contact them by email, they took a week to provide an account number that, furthermore, does not work. It is impossible to speak with a human agent to resolve these basic operational issues.

When it works right this app can be very convenient but a lot of times it’ll forget the password we’ll do the facial recognition and recently. It has been requesting a lot of updates on the app.
