The prices are much higher at some locations vs other fuel cards and you CANNOT create a route to find best prices

Updates create more bugs
Is it possible where you can get to the point that every time there’s update it doesn’t kick out my biometrics or my password…. Never fails every time there’s an update.

Not the best
FaceID login hasn’t worked in months, remember me feature quit about the same time. App only give you date and transaction amount, no other details. Could use a lot of work.

Face ID not working with new update
As of 7-15 the new update the Face ID still doesn’t work and hasn’t for near a year
They Steal
They steal money all the time and try to be sly. And when caught they’ll give a hotter response about “we hate that you’ve experienced this…” I’m currently planning on taking legal action. Maybe Class Action.
Professional Driver
The login for this app is horrible. After a few logins the biometrics are unrecognizable and you have to uninstall,reinstall, then after about three successful logins, you have to do the whole process again. The 3 stars are actually for the smoothness after the login.

They will waste hours of your time on the phone and supervisors won’t help with anything, the app login has major issues and also the transfers sometimes don’t work and ask too many question and error codes and major issues every time you want to make a transfer to your bank
No information
This is no information on where you purchased the fuel what the price of the was how many gallons you purchased what the discount was. It’s pretty damn worthless
2 Issues
1) There should be the ability to input a route, and search for fuel stops specifically on that route.
2) When using a table, iPad to be specific, the screen doesn’t rotate to a wide screen.
