Fix log in issues
The app used to work pretty good after updates now you can’t buy a metric login and they took away administrator login. Please add these things back

This app is trash, worked fine for a month then all the biometrics sign stoped working, on IOS and android!! Got locked no way to reset password, customer service say you have to wait 24hrs to get or see YOUR MONEY! It doesn’t send you a password reset you’re just stuck in limbo, customer service won’t get you a manager on to help! The app is trash!

Improvement needed
Funds transfer should be immediate no matter the time of day. Customer service in speaking to someone is virtually non existent.

The prices are much higher at some locations vs other fuel cards and you CANNOT create a route to find best prices

I have to have internet to use my app. I have friends I work with don’t have to have internet 😒.
Updates create more bugs
Is it possible where you can get to the point that every time there’s update it doesn’t kick out my biometrics or my password…. Never fails every time there’s an update.

Not the best
FaceID login hasn’t worked in months, remember me feature quit about the same time. App only give you date and transaction amount, no other details. Could use a lot of work.

Face ID not working with new update
As of 7-15 the new update the Face ID still doesn’t work and hasn’t for near a year
They Steal
They steal money all the time and try to be sly. And when caught they’ll give a hotter response about “we hate that you’ve experienced this…” I’m currently planning on taking legal action. Maybe Class Action.
Professional Driver
The login for this app is horrible. After a few logins the biometrics are unrecognizable and you have to uninstall,reinstall, then after about three successful logins, you have to do the whole process again. The 3 stars are actually for the smoothness after the login.

They charge for every purchase you make .
