Transform 386 Inspections

The Transform 386 Inspections application assists authorized construction inspection team members with access to their assignments from the HORNE Canopy Grant Management system. Canopy has been used to manage recovery programs for more than 13 years, and the Transform 386 Inspection application is the latest extension of this system. Transform 386 Inspections gives the construction inspection team the information they need to ensure construction projects have been completed according to the scope agreed to by all parties.
