Transit Exe Passenger

Transit Exe Passenger is the rider app for transportation companies that run on Transit Exe, the scheduling platform for non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT). • See your upcoming rides: pickup time, pickup address and where you're going • Get notified when a ride is booked, when a driver is assigned, when your driver is on the way and when they've arrived • Cancel a ride you no longer need, before the driver sets off • Request a new ride (self-pay riders), with a fare estimate from your provider's own rates • Rate your driver and your ride after drop-off. Only your provider sees ratings, never the driver • Use the app in English or Spanish Your transportation provider gives you your sign-in. This app is for passengers of organizations that use Transit Exe.
