Bus driver on their own schedule
The quality of Calgary transit services is deteriorating every year. You raise the price each year and the quality of service decreases every year. Bus drivers don’t care about being on time they are always late and don’t care to follow the schedule.
Only major cities included
If you're outside of a major metropolitan area this app won't acknowledge any transportation options. As for how well it handles the options it does offer, I don't know how it does because even if I did have my location inside the small area of coverage, I'm not going to stay with that area. Useless and plenty of other well established options.

Poor quality app
It has a very basic, clunky design. I accidentally remove a stop from my favourites list at least once a week because the buttons are so close together and poorly labeled. For someone with ADHD, there is SOOO much going on it’s difficult to quickly view the info I’m looking for. Also, the arrival times list seems to open to cached data and has a VERY delayed refresh before showing current data. I open the app, it has a list of times, then 10 seconds later the whole list changes. It also is often unreliable - although I’m not sure if that’s the fault of the app or the transit data source they’re pulling from. All around an absolutely terrible user experience.

How can you search for a certain route? Very annoying. Almost useless.

I got rid of my car and started taking bus.
The direct routes are great but you do not require these routes.
To get to off main routes I have to use take some ridiculous routes and times to get to my destination.
To get to my destination I have to try using other locations near my destination to get where I want to go with out taking overly long time.
Example: going from Henderson hwy and chief peguis shows shows that you have to take two buses on two different routes where you have a 15 minute walk on one and approximately 2 kilometres walk on the other when in fact you can take one bus with a 5 minute walk which is a few minutes more than routes chosen to catch. When you can take one bus which drops you off at the door of your destination. But it did not show this route. I have found this is the fact on many of the routes.

Stupidest app ever
Doesn’t Effin help when you get stuck and it won’t return from screen it wants you on.
Absolutely not intuitive and locks you on a screen that doesn’t help.
Only gave it one star because it wouldn’t let me give it none.

Shorter Sampling Intervals Needed
A great app, but sampling interval needs to be shorter.

Smart watch
When will this app be available on the Fitbit versa 2 smart watch? As that would be a great option.
Pointless
App has a feature to enable you to change the date and time of the journey so that you can plan in advance. However, this doesn’t work at all and will just give you the journey details for the current time
