Time is not accurate
App says bus is coming in 2 min although it already passed. It does this all the time. What a waste of time!
Fantastic app
I love using this app to migrate through the cities. It is especially helpful when needing to use multiple lines of transport to get from point A to point B. Best of all the Transit App works in both the GTA as well as YEG.

best app for all around public transport including ubers and taxis, bikes and shared bikes, optimizes everything up to the best spot to get in the subway to exit directly in front of your specific station exit!! love the constant user feedback

The map doesn’t make sense how am I supposed to know where to go if all I see are grey squares and rectangles. Help the people out and put a satellite map.

Was wonderful until they started price gouging
They recently rolled out an update that required you to pay money just to see certain bus routes. This is abhorrent anti-consumerism and it’s unbelievable it got anywhere close to being considered, let alone being rolled out. I used this app for years and loved it but i will no longer be using it until this scam of an update is removed.
EDIT: this app’s fall from grace should be studied. The live tracking has gotten completely useless in the past 2 weeks since i made this review. i don’t know what they did to make it this awful compared to what it was before, but it has consistently hallucinated buses and lied about arrival times. This app should be taken off the app store until these issues are solved, because right now the developers are providing a faulty product.

The buses don’t exist
The buses, they just don’t exist. How do I trust a bus app that lies about the buses existing. They don’t exist. I’m not even sure what the problem is… the app just tells you there are buses and then there aren’t and then you’re stranded.
