google and other websites recommend this app to buy tickets. I can’t find a place of this app to buy ticket at all. It’s too hard to use it.
A must have for NYC riders
I use this to determine when to leave my apt to catch my train or bus. It has proven to be on time always. I was also surprised it actually tracks the lines when underground

I literally missed the bus to my way to work because your bus said that it was basically eight minutes away and it was actually one minute away and it didn’t wanna update in time and I got clear service and everything so thanks a lot Transit you just FREAKIN made me late

Down Hill!
I’ve used this app for a few years now. At the beginning it was great! I could check for the trains and buses. I noticed about a year ago it all changed. You could no longer see the CTA trains and now I have to PAY see buses that are no less than 5 minutes from each other. It’s not work paying for if I can’t even see the trains.

Money hungry.. used to be good
This app was by far the best transit app. However, now that you have to pay to “unlock” certain bus lines and if you don’t pay they won’t even show and option to ride it

Great app, just some reoccurring issues
This is a great app, helps me tremendously because I take the train to and from work all the time. However, several times now, the app kind of glitches where it no longer shows the correct route. It just bounces back and forth from downtown and the suburbs. The line names also change for some reason. I reported it once and it was solved within a few days, but it started happening again a few days ago. Other than that it is a fantastic app, it quickly gives delay updates and always accurately shows when the next train is arriving.

I would suggest adding light rail , Amtrak, ferries more to app, I like app just could use more ways to travel.

Bus 709 in the morning is never on time and driver drives like a snail. We miss our connecting tram and are late for work
Terrible for Pittsburgh
The app continuously suggested I catch the T from Oakland, which is impossible. I had to pay for more options. They suggested I take an express bus home, which I actually cannot do. It is not updated and does not give you correct bus routes.

caused me to miss my bus multiple times, even after leaving 10 minutes before the suggested go time, the bus i would tracking would suddenly disappear halfway while i was walking or switch me to a different one completely. horrible app
