“You won’t make the 4oclock bus, it’s already 3” what’s wrong with this app
If it thinks you won’t make the trip it won’t even let you book it. Sometimes it glitches and doesn’t show any rides whatsoever until hours later, even when the website says the bus is coming.
If you’re relying on this for alerts, don’t, it’s easier to set a timer.
You’d think with all the random surveys they give you whenever there’s no issues, they would’ve fixed this by now. Would be useful if it always worked

Google maps works many times better
Always works slower than google maps, it gives impossible routes that will never get you there on time
Best transit and bike navigation
Almost everything I ever wanted from a transit and bike navigation app! Looks beautiful and works beautifully!
Freezing
This app freezes every time I navigate to an other app then back. Fix it.
horrible especially for students
students ranging from 10 to 18 have to take the public bus to school where we live. we used to have a perfectly good app before they made us switch to transit. now each student has to pay $25 just to see where they are going. this is not fair and the app itself is very confusing. Just another money hungry app that has no interest in helping the community.

Why are we constantly being asked to pay for a service that our tax dollars already pay for?
No premium = no info
Cant even check the next stop over from my usual stop without premium. Never mind that its « relocated » and has been for a while. Good luck planning a trip somewhere new with this app. Better just use the website and forget this exists.
I LOVE the Transit App
I’ve used this app for a couple years now and it’s only gotten better over time. I think it’s thanks to this wonderful app I’ve been able to go to so many places without wondering which bus or train to take. Transit completely removes the friction of taking transit for me and this new Trip History update is something I’ve been wanting for a while. Shout out to the Transit App iOS development team and keep at it!

Bus inconsistency
The stops don’t even align with what people have said. Bus most of the time is late or doesn’t even come. Worst public transportation ever. 1/10

This app is beautiful.
I genuinely recommend this app to anyone that needs an easy way to travel and get from point A to B in any type of way. This app has genuinely helped me in so many ways such as saving me when i was lost and giving me quick and easy directions to travel to work. They also have great customer service and their app is amazing. If you're questioning trying this app i strongly suggest you get it and use it there is no reason you shouldnt.

Wrong ETAs
The app is wildly inaccurate in its estimation of the time of arrival of the bus

It’s really good for me and this app is really accurate on bus times in which I can see when I have to hurry or wait for the bus.
Almost usefull
I a trying to use this app. I am sitting at the bus stop trying to figure out when the next bus will be by. Good luck. Very confusing display. Shows a bunch of groovy artsy work. But not when the next bus will be by. 😞
Ad blocks transit info
The app is named TRANSIT. But the clowns who make it block visibility of the actual transit info with a giant ad for Royale.
So to scroll down to the actual information you’re there to see, you have to scroll the map off the screen.

Somehow best of the bunch
Always shows that my bus will arrive five minutes later than it actually comes. Genuinely the most frustrating app and yet this is the most reliable for the TTC somehow. Transportation in general in Toronto is such a joke
Not at all easy to use !
1) Cannot search for bus stops by number.
2) Cannot add my favorites local stops.
3) Frequent Pop-up advertisement for “fee-to-use” plan.
4) Does not provide an all-day list of the route times and schedule for planning.
5) Is too simplified only to immediate departure times and does not provide larger picture of 24 hour schedule.
6). No longer provides provides accurate real time bus location by GPS in an arrival time format.
7) Is not what the average rider asked for or can use easily.
8). Simply, not as useable as the older system for Honolulu transit riders.
