Yes, App is very attractive at first glance. Implementation, fortunately leaves to desire.
Missing are Such as the ability to organize the various routes. And also they need to make multiple entries, or a single route at least the ones that I travel.

Times went away!
The key feature of this app was knowing when SF Muni would arrive but it lost that data not long ago! I’ll no longer be using the app as a result, am moving over to Transit.
Best way to get around is by using TransitWatch
Always available to the user which is helpful. Easy to use and full of all the routes in all of San Francisco incline the stations arc.

App stopped working. No updates since dev says data feed problems.
Muni
Works sometimes. Unreliable. Slow I pay but most do not. Not a real city transit system. So lame really.
App no longer works
Opened the app and no longer see any bus times. Opened it weeks later and still the same. See a note on developer notes that bus times no longer work due to a data feed change - no mention of that at all though in the app. App is now useless and update is taking over a month. I paid for this and now am deleting this.

Been using years, it’s stoped showing routes a while ago. Please fix the issue, would love continue using this app.
Not working no more
All of the bus stop showed not available, routes are not showing either. There’s no trouble shooting button. I really like this app and been using it for years. Hope they can fix the issue asap!

Although the interface is very useable I frequently receive connection errors. There are also no indications on extended wait times & the arrows for inbound & outbound towards the end of the routes are sometimes flipped. Maybe if the arrows were filled & unfilled(outlined) it would allow for some system error in direction while providing clarity on the direction of the vehicle.

Great app! but…
i personally love this app and have been using it for the last 5 years. i recommend this app to all my colleagues too. however, the app has been having this bug for the longest time on my device where it doesn’t display the times for the 7 Haight-Noriega Inbound to SF Transit Center. it just doesn’t do it. all other routes work but that one. it becomes a bit of an issue when that’s one of the routes that i depend on to move places and it’s just not available 🫠.

Ads cover location icon
So can’t get map to move where you are. Trying to close ad just jumps to its bigger advertising page. Renders app mostly useless.
Features Disappeared
This used to be a great app for Muni riders. But some important features disappeared, like being able to change the routes you are watching. It is unusable without the ability to pick which routes you want to see.
