No map

Lousy in accurate and no map

I don’t get it

I live in Philly and was trying to see on the map where my train is. I was hoping this would be better than the Septa app but it doesn’t show any trains. I couldn’t find any information about where the train was either. I found the app to be awkward to use and difficult to toggle between the map screen and schedule.

Rip off

So I downloaded this app & up came a page to put my credit card in. I thot it was for the app and since the county transit system recommended it, I did, but no, it was for a fitness app. There was no charge on my cc but they got me to give them my cc number by putting up a page that I had not chosen. Now I have to order another card.

Not useful, mandatory ads last forever

Does not track where your train is. Has long, unskippable ads just to get to a map and schedule times. Useless.

Too many ads

You have too many ads interrupting getting to the schedule

Madison WI Routes outdated

This app is useless in Madison because they launched new routes and schedules here this past summer. Very disappointing.

Too Inaccurate

This app only tracks number routes and therefore is not used to the newer Fast Fare!

200 route

When r u going to put this new route on the map tracker. Since this new route, have missed the bus on Palolo/waiale stop several times. Never happened on old 9S route. Thanks

Unsatisfactory App

This app changes cites and locations to places that I am not at!

Silliest money grab yet!

To plan one’s route, one must spend a token. If one asks how to get from one place to another an it is not a bus line that gets one ther, cha-ching, token spent. Guess again.
Whatever happened to the planner that offered one different ways to get somewhere using Cleveland public transportation? It offered several approaches, including walking, rapid transit, bus one, bus two, more walking, etc. We are going backward in our technology but someone is making money, so it’s all good, I guess…

Very inaccurate app

The app is very inaccurate, showing PACE bus 303 coming over in 3 minutes and the bus does not show up at all sometimes.

The App’s Gone Wonky Again

The was working fine yesterday, but today (Wednesday) it said that the next bus wasn’t scheduled to arrive until Saturday. (Please note that bus service was NOT actually cut.) This has happened before about 3 months ago and I had thought the issue had been resolved. Nope. I respectfully request that you fix the issue if not for those who aren’t familiar with the Minneapolis transit system.

Bud

👍

Tried to rip me off for 39.99!

I loaded it then it wouldn’t verify my account unless I put in a credit card #, though it said it was a free app, luckily my credit card caught the scam and declined it. The charge was for 39.99

Sad sad

Sadly this app directs to escort services. Happily my bank caught this and stopped payment. Beware!

Nice When It Works

…but not so much lately because the earliest results it’s giving me today are a bit over 2 days in the future. It’s sad because it was working flawlessly just yesterday.

Easy To Use

As long as there is clear weather, bus service has been on time.

Less useful than just looking at the bus schedule

Spent 45 minutes and 3 inaccurately predicted buses trying to get into work, until I just looked at the .pdf bus schedule from the internet, all without the convoluted menus and ads.

Only shows Portland, OR

I was hoping this would have Salem (almost 200k people & the State Capital), but all I can see is Portland.

Late arrivals

Needs to improve the time on showing for stops, always behind by 3-5mins🤦🏿‍♂️
