This app is a fail
This used to be an amazing g app. Now it’s garbage. Chat apps hang up. Text is deleted in the translation process. No longer translates more than one sentence at a time. Very frustrating to use. I’ve given up
Refund request
My dad mistakenly downloaded this app and asked apple for refund and it rejected without reason. Please let me refund it as my dad did not used this app and it costed him 3 months payment.

So disappointing !
Very disappointing! I bought this app for chinese - English live translation and the translation I got was useless. I asked for refund and it said “I have no app eligible for refund”. Quite a costly mistake!
