Sneaky App
I accidentally tapped to subscribe while attempting to download or use this app. I immediately canceled the subscription, which shows as ended on April 19.
However, I was still charged $4.18, and the transaction appears as “Apple Cash Sent Money,” which is not consistent with a normal App Store or in-app purchase.
The charge does not appear in my Apple purchase history, and Apple’s system indicates there is no transaction to refund, even though the payment was processed through Apple Pay.
I did not intentionally send money via Apple Cash, and there is no corresponding record in my Apple Cash transaction history.
This creates a confusing and misleading billing situation where I was charged but cannot locate or properly dispute the transaction through normal Apple channels.
I am reporting this because the app’s payment flow appears misleading, and the transaction labeling does not accurately reflect what occurred.

Can you fix your app please? It’s not working. I am a paying customer too.

This app is very slow and inaccurate. The person must speak directly into the phone before the app and translate. Then, you have to wait a considerable amount of tim to read the translation. It’s most frustrating to attempt to use; a basic waste of time trying.

The app does not pick up my voice. Has a huge delay. Forced me to subscribe for a “3 day free trial and I can cancel at anytime.” But there is no cancellation feature.
I needed to communicate to a Spanish speaking resident whom I care for(newly admitted ). 100% would never recommend this app.

They say it’s a free app but keep steering you back to the page to get you to agree to a fee.
NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY
I should have read through the reviews because now that I do they all sound fake. This app costs $10 a week and I thought it be worth it for my trip to Japan but it was NOT. The app kept crashing mid translation and I had to re-write or repeat what I had said. The live or camera translation DO NOT WORK. It keeps saying there is no writing detected. I wish I could get my money back.

Misleading
They say translate anything, but they don’t. This app is not user-friendly & they make it impossible to cancel because all they want is your money.

NO CREOLE!!!!
Since this is a payment subscription, all languages should be available other than the usual I can access for free. I’m in a medical facility recovering from surgery and can’t communicate with an elderly woman that has little to no English. I thought this app would be the savior — NOT! I hope I wasn’t actually charged anything and hope I can easily cancel. Very disappointed!!
