I've used it while traveling abroad, ordering food, asking for directions, and even having casual conversations with locals — it picks up my speech clearly and translates almost instantly. I want my refund, the app isn't working.
The app, when you download it and try to install it, says you can use it for a few days free, but right from the start it charges you $40 to begin using it. There's no support, it doesn't work, I just want my money back. They ripped me off for 40 to use this piece of junk. Even Google Translate is much better and free. They advertise that if someone calls you and speaks in English, they'll quickly translate and you can start talking right away. This doesn't work; it's a scam.
