You either cannot register, not login. Region selection is dead.

Регион работает, регистрация и авторизация тоже. А вот добавить датчик невозможно. Просто не видит. Перепробовал все.

My company bought the HGAS HTRAM for monitoring air quality. Several months ago, we encountered an issue where we were unable to log in into the app nor the website. We contacted the company, and after a few weeks, they provided us with a solution. However, a couple of months later, we are experiencing the same issue again.

Poor user experience
To connect the app with the device you always have to turn the device off/on to activate its bluetooth. Recorded historical data cannot be accessed in the app unless it is connected (bluetooth) with the device. Hilariously bad user experience!
