The Transnet SpotLight App enables our customers to access key freight information across multiple facilities and time spent with our customers has guided the development of current Transnet SpotLight App releases. Terminal transparency and visibility is key to delivering customer satisfactions.
Key Features:
Track and Trace – Enables our customer to view the status of Containers, Truck and Vessels across Multiple Terminals, including TFR NAVIS Facilities.
Announcements – Provide information on Terminal Operations, Traffic, Vessels and the status of Container releases.
New Features:
Weather – Weather stations located at the Terminals provide up-to-date weather.
Push Notifications – Push Notifications will be sent to provide up-to-date operational information.
“Register Me” – Once successfully registered, customer specific information will be sent via the Transnet SpotLight App.
