Please Update Your Product
Since my phone updated to iOS 16.1.1 in November 22, the photo upload feature on the TC app won’t function properly. The website’s photo upload is painfully slow (one minute or more per photo). TC’s is aware of the issue with the most recent versions of iOS and told inquiring customers in November ‘22 that the next update would address this issue, and would be available by “end of year,” yet there is still no update, and many users are STILL unable to use the photo feature. Since photos are one of the main reasons we use TC in the first place, this product is losing more and more of its value by the day. Signed, a very frustrated teacher.

Pointless
This is one of the worst apps I’ve ever used. I only use it to upload pictures, but for the last 3 months, my iPhone pictures won’t show up on my TC app to upload. So I just never use it. I reached out to them to help me, but the help they offered did not work. They need to just create an entirely different app altogether.

Visual on iOS 16 Not Correct
The app doesn’t seem to have been updated for the newest iPhones/iOS… the buttons overlap with the edges.

This app is in gross need of an update. It is not compatible at all with the new IOS, it’s almost impossible to toggle between children

This app needs to be updated to work with the latest OS. It’s functionality was minimal before the update and is now non-existent.
Can’t switch kids
It’s hard to switch between kids on the iPhone 13s, impossible on the 14 Pro.
Can’t toggle between children
I’ve upgraded my iPhone and now can’t use the top drop-down to toggle between my kids. It sits in the same place as the front facing camera and the app isn’t responsive in moving the controls to usable parts of the screen. I’m stuck on my 3yo and have no idea what’s going on with my 2yo at school.

Good app but needs update for iPhone 14
You cant switch children anymore with the 14 pro bc the drop-down is covered up by the new black oval that’s always present on this phone
Bugs on newer iPhones
Ever since upgrading to the iPhone 13, I have an extraordinarily difficult time switching between my children on the app and sometimes can't do so at all. The app doesn't seem to fit the iPhone screen well and the arrow to switch between kids is right in the top center and is very finicky. Would be nice to maybe have an alternate drop down or way to switch.

Please delist your app from the store
This is an embarrassing situation. I wish developer will pull this app or apple blocks such a low quality apps. It’s not even an app. Beside from allowing you to login, it’s a shameful display from developer to even list this. Uninstalling as fast as I can.
Can only see Photos!
The app is only showing Photos. I have deleted app and reinstalled and then I got access to the full site (like on desktop) for a short time, then it disappears again, only allowing access to Photos.
Not consistent with website
When accessing the actual website there is much more info compared to what is visible on the app. It would be great to have the app mirror the website content.
Worst daycare app I’ve used
God this is awful. It’s just a picture update and has no other functions. Tadpoles and other daycare apps that I’ve used are much better. They have videos, photos, real time updates of feeding/diaper, and allows parents to message with the teachers. Some other apps even have billing. This has nothing and I can’t believe the daycare I paid a premium for has this awful app.

Photo dump
Please update app to serve more than just a photo library. I should be able to utilize same way I would the website, see announcements, log in/out etc. Also would be nice to have a passcode to open the app in case my phone was ever lost/stolen.
As a Classroom Guide, Terrible App
The website is seriously great. But the app? Useless, basically just takes up space on your phone. I can only upload photos for parents to see - I can’t post activity, tag observations, or literally anything else besides upload a photo without a caption. There is so much potential here - what’s going on?

Useless for parents
For parents, this app is a joke. Cannot do or view ANYTHING via the app. It’s a waste of storage space. If you’re a parent, just use the website
Just use their website
App only displays photos and then redirects you to their website when you click for info. Can’t access any other information besides photos on the app. Save the time and just bookmark their website.
No notification
This app and thought is great. Wish the notifications are available for updates. Also the in app experience is only for photos and not for other information that website provides. So much potential for the app though !!
