New changes
I have used this app since 2015 and it’s been such a great help I have appreciated it . Today I simply get a new phone and now I’m unable to sign into account . Sad to loose a customer over such a simple thing but guess I’ll be looking for another app as getting our meds on time is an important part of our lives .

I like it
Over all this is a good app for the reasons intended. However it feels like a kids happy app with the sounds, cartoons and cheers. This would be perfect for a child who has had a transplant. In the it does the job it was designed for. Thank you.
Wish this app had been updated…
I decided to switch to another medication tracking app after having major issues signing into my account when I switched phones. Since my transplant 3.5 years ago, I’ve been using this app to try to keep track of my meds and exactly when to take them. There were always a few issues however:
1) that there was never an option to add notes or an option that a med was taken late or simply not marked off on my phone. You miss that hour window to mark in transplant hero that you took your meds when you needed to? Too bad! It will show up as being missed altogether. This also made it impossible to collect any ‘points’ or stars since I observe Shabbat, aka the Jewish sabbath.
2) technical issues with changing your regimen. Certain meds couldn’t be added to the same time period as other medications, even if your medical team approved it. Other medications couldn’t be edited or added.
3) there are situations where medication needs to be changed for just a few doses or times changed due to travel, medical tests, etc. Anyone using this app is using this app to help with the medications and it’s only one aspect of managing your health after getting an organ transplant, so why have these little glitches or barriers in place for patients?
Like many other transplant patients, I manage other chronic health conditions aside from being a transplant recipient. I was never able to add my full regimen as I take it and that annoyed me, along with some of the kitschy ‘advice’ that would pop up when I marked them down as being taken.

No alarm
Alarm works sometimes! And sometimes it doesn’t work!
Not sure anymore
I loved the app thought it was really cute .. but when I log in my pills it tells me I didn’t take them .. and I’m not sure I appreciate an app telling me I will lose my transplant if I don’t take my pills (which I do every single day) honestly I would really change that… create nicer sayings please!
