The Transport Service Management App is to be used by A.N. Richards Limited’s customers to manage the maintenance and servicing of their trucks (vehicles).
A quick and easy way to help keep all of your fleet vehicles in perfect condition DVSA compliant. Transport Service Management allows you to request maintenance, repair and MOT booking appointments and allows you access to real time information about the progress of your MOT, repair or service. Add photos and defect notes via the App to speed up the workshop process and ensure minimum downtime for your vehicles.
The App allows you to create notes with the ability to go into more detail about the services you require . You will receive reminders of when your vehicle is booked in and notifications on the stages of repair, i.e. in progress, waiting for parts and ready for collection.
