Suspect incompatibility with most current iOS 26.2 update. Currently none of the tabs work
Complete Malfunction
Does the developer even looking at this review? Does the relevant department even bother? The iOS version stopped working quite a long time ago. You cant check your licence/road tax status.
Unstable dated looking
For a very no-frills looking app, it suffers multiple shutdowns. Requires repeated attempts to process renewals. Seems very typical govt standards. Outdated, sluggish and unstable. Take some pride in maintenance please.
Can’t even login
Bro, what kind of server are you using? Even my toaster can handle a lot more request than this. The UI is not very good! Get a better graphics designer.

Horrible App
Can’t even see my license, app getting crash… need someone to maintain the app properly…
App does not working properly
The app stuck on loading screen when clicking the ‘License & Road Tax’ and then display ‘Alert Connect Fail’ had to reinstall and restart my device to fix it. But then it happen again

outdated, not functional, keep on exiting, it keeps saying "timed out". useless apps, i would give 0 star if i can!!!

Never ending errors!
Cannot enter address
At these times, we are encouraged to use everything online to do our errands. But when a simple thing like trying to input our address cannot be done and has to be done through a pc, what’s the point of this app?
No point of having this app when it is not even functioning.
Tried renewing vehicle licence, the app returned Invalid Vehicle Registration Number. Out of curiosity, I tried renewing Driver’s Licence, the app returned a General Error!

USELESS APP
This is one the typical Brunei designed app, useless and bad and ugly design. Not so professional and it just like “melapaskan batuk di tangga” yg penting asal ada and nampak bekeraja saja.... typical
Useless app unless reviewed
Tested the app on iphone 7 ios 13.1.3. Conpletely useless because no text can be seen and i’m “flying blind” navigating through the app and certain links such as registration doesn’t work.
And not sure if it requires an eDarussalam account or not to log-in on certain services.
Maybe need further testing before releasing an update (if any) to the public.
