Compras, te descuentan la plata y no genera reserva. Después para pedir devolución es un dramón!!! Porque justamente nunca te generó el código de reserva (no te admite códigos de descuentos) y después hay un peloteo interminable de llamadas y correos para demostrar que sí se descontó el saldo del banco

Falla la autenticación y al pagar no hace reservas, se quedan con tu plata chantas

Muy básica, pero cumple

Cumple con su funcionalidad de reservas, pero es demasiado básica. No permite hacer modificaciones a las reservas y solo hay que anularlas, aparece una notificación fantasma y no es posible verla y la única solución es eliminar la app

Me limito solo a utilizar la web porque es un poco mejor, la app es horrible no es funcional, QA no está cumpliendo el rol debido a que esto no entrega calidad al usuario, hay muchos errores en la app, sobre todo el tema de seguimiento y pago de reservas, horrible
