I am proud to say that I worked with the app support and got the bug fixed. No iOS users were able to book tickets since June 2023. Raised several concerns with the travel company and they are least bothered . Finally reached the app support team and got the issue fixed. Kudos to Anand from app support team for the quick fix once informed.

Useless app
no discount as said by their call center, then payment got deducted but ticket was not booked, got headache talking to their callcenter for confirming the ticket.
Waste of time
I was told by operator that I can use points . I am having 1750 points, but I am unable to use it
It’s showing 1750 points , once I clicked it became 0 and 0 points used for discounted
Looks crazy as it’s showing points in screen , but not able to use it
Better Mr.Ramchandran would hire good people to test the application properly before release in IOS

Unable to sign up
I get otp on my phone but when I enter it, I keep getting invalid otp error.
