Funky app/doesn’t work all the time

I just received my new dash cam and the dash cam does not save it videos to the app anymore. For the first month it worked perfectly auto connecting to my dash Cam and saving videos seamlessly but now the videos won’t save nor will the app connect to my dash cam automatically.
