Péssimo!

Eu como cliente estou revoltadíssimo! Pago um preço absurdo para ter um serviço péssimo!! Tão ruim que o próprio aplicativo fecha, sozinho, após eu tentar realizar o cadastro!!! Eu não consigo nem entrar no app de vocês!
 E o que me deixa tão revoltado assim é o serviço ser ruim tanto no aplicativo, como no site! Tentei agendar uma consulta via Vídeo (on-line), e o filtro retornou apenas os médicos que fazem consulta presencial!? É sério?
