This is one of the best food ordering apps I’ve used. Does a great job at handling complicated ordering tasks like split pizza toppings.
However if you use the app you get put at the back of the line. Call your order in instead.
I called in to check the expected time and right after placing the order they said “30 minutes”. The app said 45 minutes. It actually took 75 minutes. They said that “it got busy right after” I put in my order. Well, they were still telling people 30 minutes on the phone! Nobody else was waiting, but everyone else was paying at the window.
Lesson learned. Don’t pay until you get your food.
Still it’s useful for browsing the menu.
