Disappointed
I don’t do enough business to warrant the high price of $420/yr. I wasn’t even sent an email to let me know that my renewal sate was coming up. The only notification I received was to let me know that I had been charged $420 and I was not allowed to cancel. That seems disingenuous and they do that on purpose just to get your money. While a beautiful app, I would think twice about using this service under its current business practices.

Not useful :(
The app is very plain and simple. I understand the title is “View Client Trips” but being able to edit would be more useful. Also, being able to access your forms so you could send them to clients would be a great feature to add.
the travefy mobile app is just not useful
the homepage shows total views…which is in no way a useful metric. at the very least, views by proposal/itinerary would make sense. there is no ability to create or edit a proposal/itinerary. you have no access to your library items. there’s a task list, but if one of your tasks is related to sending a library item, good luck. it seems like the just made this app to say that they have one but didn’t actually talk to travel advisors about what they might need in one.

Travefy offers a wide range of options with search and drag and drop features. Build your own library to work smarter, not harder. Travefy constantly adds on new features to make itinerary building easy. You can also create forms, landing pages and a website. That’s just naming a few options. Can’t make it passed the new account
No matter how lengthy or difficult the password I cannot make it passed the “choose a new password for a your new account” portion of the log in.

Account setup
You cannot setup an account, because you can’t get past the password setup. I won’t let you create a password. It keeps saying, make sure you are on Travefy Pro. Is there a different account? If so, I don’t see it!!!!

The app is definitely helpful and is great to share in a paperless way but i wish you could edit from it.
Not being able to edit on the go really delays the information sharing process.
Do you have plans to add the feature??
Being in the road with groups and needing to make edits to the itinerary is a longer process that it should be.

No edits on the app - view only
I wanted to make changes in the app, but it only lets me view itineraries, not edit them.

Absolutely First Class. Many of our clients have taken the time to comment about how useful it is, especially the flight information and having their travel documents available in one app on their phone. Being able to communicate with clients whilst they are travelling is really important to us in order to provide a high level of customer service. Can’t sign up?!
Downloaded the app in spite of the previous review saying they couldn’t sign up. I can’t sign up either so think it’s a dud!

This is a life saver!
I work on a Mac, and I would always have so many docs that needed converted to PDF so I could send to clients. No longer do I need to do that, or work harder! Travefy has been absolutely beneficial to me in my travel agent career, and I absolutely love how it’s helped me streamline and organize for my clients. I always recommend it to fellow agents and they are just blown away after about 1-2 hours of poking around.

Trouble signing in at mobile app
Can’t create an account in mobile app so I used my desktop. Then i tried logging in at the app and it just doesn’t work. Maybe i’m doing something wrong but for now it’s no use for me.
