Paid 1 month and tried it. I can’t even enter a starting destination. It comes up with New York but when I look up new city only comes up with “error” can’t find city

Loaded the app to test it out. Forced into a one week subscription for $4.99– wow, that’s $260 a year. Anyway, Step 1 Enter a location (your starting point). I enter Toronto and the app throws an error… 7 million live in the GTA and this app can’t find it??? Don’t waste your time or money.
