Good call quality but serious battery draining
The call quality is very good and it’s very stable during the call. But the app is draining battery a lot in the background. It has about 20% battery used just by this app in the last 24 hours as shown in Screen Time. Please consider using PushKit and CallKit so it does not need a polling/frequent connection to the server

個app垃圾到一個點！根本就無辦法接聽電話！一係見到有來電就已經係Miss call；一係就白話面，接唔到電話！千祈唔好買
Not support in old phone
Always not able to receive call / pick up the call even the incoming call is shown on the screen. The extra cost on purchasing the app is not worthy at all while the customer service could not help anything. I wonder if it may work better for the incoming call without the app (just pay as you go). In addition, it seems that the latest update doesnt support ios 15.8 which is not user friendly at all.

Have room for improvement
No problem receiving SMS in app, almost as soon as the regular SMS. As for receiving phone call, it only ring, but never able to pick up the call. It will keep ringing even if you press the receive button, and then miss the call finally.
And it would be nice if the app can integrate the phone contact list so we would know who is calling

成日白屏收唔到電話，白白俾錢，可否做啲嘢fix吓個app呀😡
Can’t receive any call if App not running in background
Can’t receive any call if App not running in background. Sometimes it is just showing white screen and required restart the App to get the SMS message. Still Buggies, need improvement, otherwise not recommended.
