I really enjoy the game but have a few things in question. 1. Finish a room but always have the “combo” to do. How do I do it?? 2. Would love to be able to delete, sell or somehow get rid of extra boxes

Not working

I love this game, but there is a problem with it, for 5 days I cannot open it, is staying at 100% but is not opening, I’ve tried to delete it and reinstall it at least 3 times but is still not working, so I don’t know how many stars to give

As your API doesn’t work past 100% loading, I’m wondering if that means your server is down either for maintenance or resolving a bug. If that’s the case, could you please program in a general message to inform us of the situation.
Also, as it’s been many hours that I (and probably others) haven’t been able to play the game, can you please compensate us for not being able to collect the special Father event boxes to complete the table and gain rewards. Thank you.
P.S. I will rate 5 stars when you have fixed the problem, because I really do enjoy playing this game.

Finally got back into this great game. Hopefully all things are sorted, and hoping you will still compensate as you mentioned in reply. Thanks.

Love the game but…

I’ve been playing this game for a while now and it really helps me switch off after a long day but… I’ve nearly completed EVERYTHING! Please please add more holiday destinations as I’ve nothing else to do!

Can’t open after downloading

Definitely wanted to update my review I have since been able to uninstall and reinstall the game, which made me able to play it and I would like to share that I absolutely love this game. It’s very fun. It’s very different from any other merge game that I have played so I found that very interesting. I wish you didn’t run out of energy so quick that’s the only bummer and I can’t really afford to get more but I can always login later and continue to enjoy. Thank you again.

Tolles Spiel

Ich finde das Spiel toll, aber leider gibt es nach dem Update immer noch das Problem das mein Butler nicht mehr aktiviert wird. Erst beim zweiten Mal reingehen. Geht es auf einmal wieder. Auch mit Facebook kann ich das Spiel nicht verbinden. Habe beides dem Support gemeldet und bekomme leider keine Antwort oder überhaupt eine Reaktion. Was ich sehr schade finde. Auch meine Diamanten die ich noch geholt hatte waren auch auf einmal weg. Bis ich irgendwann ein neues Angebot kam. Einmal 6,99€ verschwendet. Wird vermutlich das letzte Mal sein das ich die hole

Addiction

I confess, I’m addicted to this game. The problem is, I’ve maxed out the basement and there is one area left that says “coming soon”, which has been that way for months. I’ve maxed out my Travel and it too says “coming soon”. What does “soon” mean? Most of my stations are maxed too. It’s to the point that there is no reason left for me to keep logging in. I guess I will need to find a new addiction game, which saddens me. PLEASE update this game.

Addicting😅

I love this game. I’ve been playing it for a few years now.. if there’s any issues, the creators fix it..
The only downside is that I wish, clearing items was easier. Like press and hold besides dragging each item to the donation box :p

Steer clear

This game is so full of bugs and faults I’d steer clear from it for a very long time. Even after reaching out to the devs for support they’ve ignored the email and the game just progressively gets worse to the point where it’s unplayable. Monthly subscription for the robot but when you click for it to start it does nothing, trying to assign things to it and you just get blank screens that force you to force close the app for it to just happen over and over and over, the travel section is bugged beyond no tomorrow where there is 0 progress because everything to progress forward is greyed out. This game is a complete write off at the moment and sadly it has so much potential but it’s unplayable.
