This has to be the worst platform i have ever used. It takes 5 to 6 times to reload money if it works at all. Definitely would recommend using someone else maybe wize. When when you ring the help line they are no help at all, they just keep telling you to keep trying and are aware if the issues.

Fantastic card and easy to use.
Missing information that we need when travelling
The product is a good one. However the app lets me down in the way it’s been set up to 1)randomly ask me now and again to “set myself up” ie: wanting me to set a pin when I already have a pin. 2)you cannot see what you have spent, only what your current balance is. It then directs you to the website with another set of signing in messing about. I’d really much prefer that info like that (what charges have been made) was in the app for quick and easy confirmation.

Not sure what the issue was, I transferred money just before Christmas and it never processed. Took several days before the app started working again.

Rubbish app
The app hardly ever works, and when you click through to the web site, it doesn’t work either! When the app does load, it takes ages to show your information and updates balance. Look elsewhere. Seeing others reviews dating back at least 4 months, not sure why this hasn’t been fixed yet??

I have used this travel card for several years now in quite a few different countries. Always efficient and easy to use. Would recommend to any traveller
Hardly loads
This app is great for travelling however when transferring money into the account it always says “oops there’s a problem” fix this!! It’s super frustrating especially when I’m only transferring a small amount and still have heaps in my normal bank account.

I topped up 560 on to my travel card and it never came thru now I’m out $560

Excellent service from Siua. He/she was so fast to respond to my questions it made dealing with the problem so easy. Great, easy re-load function. Won’t hesitate to use this card/function in the future. Thanks again.
Travel card
Do not recommend this card at all. App doesn’t load up half the time when you want it to and the fees are a joke! The exchange rates offered between currencies is a total ripoff. Do yourself a favour and look at something else or even contact your local bank for travel debit cards.
app doesn’t work
this app never works - it’s very temperamental and takes ages to load, now I can’t get on the app which holds a lot of my money 🙃
Can not load money onto card
Absolutely awful, can not add funds to the card, keeps saying there is a problem with their end, called the number that gave, phone line kept breaking up, could not understand the person I was trying to speak to.
So now off to the airport with no money on the card!! DO NOT BOTHER WAISTING YOUR TIME!!
