Can’t log in
Refuses to accept username and password that work properly on the website. Months spent fighting this useless app.
Completely broken
Can’t even log in. Website in browser logs in fine with same credentials. What kind of company puts out software with this level of nonexistent QA for the nominal flow? Atrocious.
Can’t even log in
I registered on the web site, app won’t let me log in. I’ve tried three different passwords (changed from the web site, which always allows me to logout/login with the new password).
Crashes
Not great. Crashes on opening profile.
Doesn’t allow you to unwatch countries. So still getting alerts from Greece 4 years later.

This app is literally a life saver!
Tons of country information and pre travel advice as well as real time alerts of what’s going on across the globe. Can not recommend this enough!
In a world of apps one that actually is needed.
I have to say that I’m a sceptic. In the grand scheme of things most apps don’t do what they say from fitness trackers to games it’s all a bit limited. Where as I’ve been using this app for months and it is a does what it says on the tin.
I can click on everywhere in the world and find out in real time, details that not only can keep me safe but my family as well. With real time information about events as they unfold coupled with alerts this app is the safety booklet in my pocket. I can’t recommend it enough.
Everyone should have it.
