It’s just as useless as the website, unfortunately for me I purchased a ticket with them, but I’m never gonna use em anymore. Can’t do absolutely anything : no ticket no check in online no change absolutely USELESS. I had to go to the airport earlier than usual and had to change my bus ticket just for it. Been trying to change my ticket for over a month, they don’t even answer the phone.

Can’t “retrive” (I assume meant to be “retrieve”) a booking. It’s also very frustrating that it clears the fields when it thinks there was a network error - why clear my data that I just typed in when the network failed?
Crashes
Like everyone else has said, it just crashes when searching. Also the glaring spelling mistakes like the “Retrive” Button show how little quality control has gone into this app
Beware
Used this app to book a ticket to Australia and back. Was easy but booked me onto different flight than the one chosen. Rang within seconds of paying to revise and was told that it could be done for another £75 or could cancel and start again for £50.

Hard to use, crashed after inputting all my info, not sure if it finished processing. Total crap and waste of time.

App makes you fill out all the information of what you are looking for then crashes everytime you click search. No point downloading till this issue has been resolved.

Until they release an update so it doesn't crash and quit in the first 20 seconds of use I wouldn't recommend it.
