The customer service is worse than the app itself— completely useless. Instead of solving problems, they give generic copy-paste replies and leave you stuck without support. Refunds are almost impossible to get, and when issues happen (which they will), you’re on your own.
This app is nothing but frustration and false promises. It wastes your time, money, and energy. Travela should be avoided at all costs—there are far better, more reliable apps out there.

Scaming & Worst service
Extremely disappointing experience.
The room was nothing like the pictures shown—completely different and very dirty. The host was rude, and when I contacted customer service for a refund, they behaved very badly and offered no help. To make things worse, the app kept crashing, which made the entire process frustrating.
Worst service and app I’ve ever used. Definitely not recommended.

It was fine before the update, now if you scroll down and the refresh makes you come back to the top only to scroll down again
