Doesn’t work
Just horrible. Never really works even for the simplest of trips.
Absolute Rubbish
I signed up for the app. It then refused my login details, saying my password was wrong. I then requested a reset email which simply hasn’t arrived. A complete waste of time.
Many better options
The ‘Continue as Guest’ option doesn’t work, so that’s me out, thank you. At least the website is now accessible on a mobile device - it used to block you from using it & insist you download the app instead. But there are so many better options, such as UK Bus Times.

Wrong information missed the bus
Waited at the bus stop on the side of the road as the app informed us to wait. Tuesday 23rd July 14:30 Jobs Well road Johnstown to carmarthen bus station, instead of the bus travelling up the hill near Heol Dyfnall it traveled down the hill near Waun Burgess. We got there early and entertained the boys while we waited patiently only for us to watch the bus 227 stop across the road and watched it drive away. We had to walk home with two tied children under 3years. Very disappointed and frustrated.

Not great
I have been using the app for the past few years, but now ‘Plan my journey’ finds the times, but when I select the time I want to see the stops/route the app closes. Not good at all, please sort it out.
Useless: crashes
You can set up a journey and it will give you a set of start and arrival times. Click on the preferred option however, and the app crashes and closes. Chocolate teapot comes to mind.

And it worked great, it can even get me to my current city

Very clunky, doesn’t load up properly. Doesn’t remember your password. Why not use Google? Terrible advertisement for Wales
Unnecessary gathering of personal details
Why do you need my mobile number, email address etc. to access the app? You can’t save routes and there’s limited personalisation so I can’t see how this information capture is relevant to your business?
Lack of maintenance!
Like previous recent reviewers, I used to frequently use this app, and it was great. However it seems to have suffered from a lack of updates and now is next to useless, crashing every time I try to use it. I appreciate it’s a free app, but in it’s current form should not be available as it’s a waste of memory space and users’ time.

Was good, now poor
The app struggles to recognise the times you wish to travel and selecting “earlier” or “later” times simply doesn’t work. The app regularly crashes when trying to plan a journey. It’s gone from neing useful to being frustrating.
Broken
This used to work perfectly. Now if you try and look a day or two ahead it simply hangs and you need to close the App.
When we are being encouraged to use public transport to save on CO2 you would think more effort would be put into this App.

Something has gone wrong
This is a great App but it has suddenly started crashing when planning a journey.

Frustrating app
I used to use this app a lot as it’s always been a quick and convention way of checking routes. Used to work fine. I still use it out of habit, however, it has a lot of bugs or flaws now. You used to be able to change the times in the results page easily but now you can’t. It doesn’t seem to want to show earlier or later alternatives. The search function is also not great and it’s really difficult to find certain bus stops unless you happen to type in the exact name of the stop as stored by Traveline. Sometimes you don’t know the exact stop so this is inconvenient. I’ve also noticed that it doesn’t save recently searched stops anymore either. Now I have to type them in every time. This app used to be great (minus the odd bug) so I’m not sure what’s happened; please make it like it used to be so I can leave a higher review!

Awful buggy update
Hi, I use this app a lot but the latest update is awful. Doesn’t display properly with larger font settings; keeps crashing; and any changes to travel times simply don’t work. Please put it right!
