From the slow OCR to the difficult navigation, this app is tough to use every month.

Unable to log in

My iPad is on the latest version and for some reason I cannot even log in as my password contains numbers and the entry field for the password does not allow you to switch to numbers…

Not sure why people rate the app 5 stars, it is impossible to get 5 stars! If an app is so good why do hackers still hack banking Apps like Standard and ABSA, yet people 5 stars, yes you can maybe get 4 stars for ease of use or functionality?
