Don’t ever use this company
I purchased a return flight from Chiang Mai, Thailand to Orlando, Florida. I had to cancel the flight due to the unexpected death of my sister. I was assured I would get a refund of 47,665 THB within 120-180 days. It has been more than six months and no refund. I have called, emailed, sent messages through LINE, Facebook, and Instagram with no response. They are a total scam!

Do not use this company to book anything! I booked my flights on this website and now I can’t see any information for my flight, I can’t check in, select a seat or a meal. I have tried to call the support number but no one answered and there is no English option and their Line account does not exist. If I could give this app no stars I would

Really Nice service
Double charged for Extra luggage
I purchased a flight from Phuket to Bangkok. I paid for an extra 25kg bag. I get to the airport and airline had no information about an extra bag. I had to pay 3166.00 baht at the counter when I already paid travizgo 800 baht roughly for an extra bag. Very disappointed will never use this service again.
